Three simple spreadsheet templates used in this handbook. Save a copy and make them your own. Each one has a sales tax column, so you can see what tax on purchases does to your numbers, or record $0 when you buy tax-exempt (Chapter 6).

File	Use it for
Purchase log	Every retailer order: date, retailer, ASIN, quantity, unit price, sales tax paid, tax-exempt (Y/N), shipping, total paid (calculated), receipt file and shipment ID (Chapter 23, Chapter 25)
Paper-trading log	Optional: following Watch and Pass leads alongside your real buying, with an optional sales tax % and the buy cost including tax (Chapter 21)
Lead Check sheet	One row per lead: buy price, optional sales tax % and buy cost including tax, then Match, Money, Momentum, Safety and the decision (Chapter 19)

Each file has an About tab explaining the columns. They're starter templates, not official Amazon or IRS forms, and your CPA may want extra columns.
