Payments and invoices
This page explains how ArbiSource billing works, what "non-refundable" means, and where to find invoices for your records.
How you're charged
- Payments are taken from the card you added at sign-up, or the card on file if you've changed it.
- Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel.
- Annual plans renew each year and get 2 months free compared with paying monthly. An annual plan is charged in full when your trial ends (see Your free trial).
- Currency follows your marketplace: $ for US, £ for UK.
Non-refundable
Subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancel before a renewal (or before your trial ends) if you don't want the next charge. See Canceling and coming back.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, click Subscription & Invoices on your Account page to update your card, then try again. If your access doesn't come back once the card is fixed, contact support.
Invoices for your records
Click Subscription & Invoices on your Account page to download your invoices, and keep them with your business records. Your ArbiSource subscription is a business software cost; your CPA or bookkeeper will tell you how to record it (Chapter 29).
the Your Subscription panel on the ArbiSource Account page in a US account with the Subscription & Invoices button, and the invoices list it opens.
