Login, Amazon linking and troubleshooting

Most sign-in and Amazon connection problems have a quick fix. This page lists them, and what to send support if you still need help.

Can't sign in

What you seeWhat to try
No email after sign-upCheck your spam folder and that you typed the address correctly. Support can correct a typo on the account.
Password not acceptedUse Forgot Password? on the login page; a reset link is emailed to you (check spam).
The login page just reloadsTry another browser or a private window, and pause any ad or script blockers briefly. If it still happens, contact support with the email on the account.

At sign-up, leave the "I do NOT want to receive any emails" box unchecked. Trial reminders and scan notices go to your login email.

Amazon account already linked

Each ArbiSource account links to one Amazon seller account, and the marketplace must match (US with $, UK with £).

If you see a message that your seller account is already linked to another ArbiSource account, you probably have an older ArbiSource account, or one created with a mistyped email. You can't unlink Amazon yourself, so email support with:

  • the email on your current ArbiSource login;
  • any email you may have used before;
  • your Amazon Seller ID (Merchant Token), found in Seller Central under Settings → Account Info → Business Information → Merchant Token.

Support will move or clear the link so you can authorize again.

New email or a different seller account

Same route: email support@arbisource.com. Once support has updated or removed the link, click Re-Authorise in the Amazon Authorisation panel on your Account page.

Features that use Amazon aren't working yet

On a brand-new Professional seller account, Amazon can take up to 5 days to allow third-party software access. Restriction checks, Apply to sell shortcuts and other Amazon-linked features wait on that. Give it up to 5 days, then try again (Chapter 4.2).

What to send support

  • Your ArbiSource login email
  • Roughly when the problem happened (with your time zone)
  • A screenshot of the error
  • Your browser, and that your Amazon account is on Amazon.com
  • Your Seller ID, if the problem is about linking

Checklist

  • I've checked spam and the spelling of my email
  • I know support handles unlinking and email changes
  • I've allowed up to 5 days for Amazon access on a brand-new seller account
