Login, Amazon linking and troubleshooting

Most sign-in and Amazon-connection problems have a quick fix. This page lists them, and what to send support if you still need help.

Can't sign in

What you seeWhat to try
No email after sign-upCheck spam; confirm you typed the address correctly. Support can fix a typo on the account.
Password not acceptedUse Forgot Password? on the login page; a reset link is emailed to you (check spam).
Login page just reloadsTry another browser or a private window; disable blockers briefly; then contact support with the email on the account.

At sign-up, leave the "I do NOT want to receive any emails" box unticked. Trial reminders and scan notices go to your login email.

Amazon already linked

ArbiSource allows one Amazon seller account per ArbiSource account (and the marketplace must match: UK with £, US with $).

If you see a message that the seller account is already associated with another ArbiSource account, you usually have an older account or one created with a mistyped email. You can't unlink Amazon yourself. Email support with:

  • the email on your current ArbiSource login;
  • the email you may have used before;
  • your Amazon Seller ID (from Seller Central).

Support will move or clear the link so you can authorise again.

New email or a different seller account

Same route: email support@arbisource.com. After they unlink or update the record, click Re-Authorise in the Amazon Authorisation panel on your Account page.

Features that talk to Amazon aren't working yet

On a brand-new Professional seller account, Amazon can take up to 5 days to allow third-party software access. Restriction checks, Apply to sell shortcuts and similar tools wait on that. Give it time, then try again (Chapter 4.2).

What to send support

  • ArbiSource login email
  • Approximate time of the issue (and timezone)
  • Screenshot of the error
  • Browser and whether the Amazon account is UK or US
  • Seller ID, if the issue is about linking

Checklist

  • I've checked spam and the email spelling
  • I know support handles unlinking and email corrections
  • I've allowed up to 5 days for API access on a brand-new Amazon account
