Seats, teams and VAs

Standard plans have one login. To add people properly, you need a Custom Plan.

One seat on standard plans​

Essentials, Pro and Premium include one seat: one person logged in at a time. If a second person signs in with the same details, the first session is signed out.

Sharing a password is allowed in that sense, but it does not give two people simultaneous access.

Extra seats: Custom Plan​

If you and a partner or VA need to work at the same time:

  • Email support@arbisource.com and ask for a Custom Plan with extra seats.
  • Each seat gets its own login. Once your Custom Plan is set up, invite each person from Account → Seats with their name and email.
  • Seats on a Custom Plan share the scan queue, alerts and replenishables.
  • Custom Plans can also raise limits (queue size, alerts, and so on) if you've outgrown the standard caps.

We don't publish seat prices here; support will quote a Custom Plan for your set-up.

Tips for teams​

  • Keep Amazon Seller Central access separate: if someone else needs Seller Central, add them with Amazon's user permissions rather than sharing your password.
  • Give VAs a written SOP (Chapter 31) and your Lead Check minimums.
  • Discord access follows your plan; seats on a Custom Plan can have their own Discord identity where that is set up for you.
