Your free trial

Here's how the 7-day trial works, what happens when it ends, and how to avoid an unexpected charge.

Trial rules​

  • 7 days of full access to the plan you pick at sign-up.
  • One trial per account: you can't restart a trial on the same account.
  • A payment card is required to start.
  • Use the seven days actively. The Quick Start and in-app welcome guide are built for that.

Monthly or annual: choose before the trial ends​

You can bill monthly or annually. Annual billing gets you 2 months free (see pricing).

Important: if you are on an annual plan, the full year is charged when the trial ends. You pay for the whole year at once. If you want month-by-month billing, switch to monthly before the trial ends.

Avoiding the first charge​

  1. Note the date and time your trial ends (check your Account page and trial emails).
  2. Decide: continue on monthly, continue on annual, or cancel.
  3. To continue, do nothing. Billing starts automatically on your chosen plan.
  4. To stop, cancel from your Account page before the trial ends.

Subscription payments are non-refundable, and subscriptions can't be paused (see Cancelling and coming back).
